Sir I give a order of baby toys and give a payment of 387 rs to the banarasifab.com but my order not be delivered and charges has been deducted my account please help to refund it....

Order and payment done on 9 march 2022. Till now no information about delivery. i ordered no of items. They asked for additional cost for delivering immediately. There was an option for late delivery without cost.
I opted for it. I also received a mail regarding confirmation of the order. The order no was also mentioned as 74007. The email id was banarasifab.com. till now no reply. I also happened reply and asked for clarification through their mail id. No reply from the seller....

Banarasi Fab, Prestige Savach rice cooker we booked on 19th March 2022 and my order no is 154517. As of now we've not received the rice cooker. Please send it immediately or revert back my amount. Thanks in advance....

I had purchased basics 15- piece no-stick cookware set through online in banarasifab.com they said that they delivery within 24 hrs with extra amount of rs.99/- that too cash free sales i paid the total amount on 11.03.2022.
They confirmed with return mail "we've received your order #92101, and it is now being processed: [Order #92101] (March 11, 2022)" but until now i have not received any product....

Please cancel my order and return my amount. I request don’t play with middle class people and don’t do any fraud as it is very much disappointed for the bad response or not caring customers....

My order paid by credit card on 4th March neither delivered nor any update. No way to contact them for 7 items I Ordered. No contact no available of supplier. It seems a fraud and website is promoted on all social media.
It has to be banned because it is now 15 days and no feedback of order delivery or even refund....

I ordered some kitchen appliances in banrasi fab....... Even did the payment above 500...... But not yet received the order,...... It's had been 3days ........ Pls help.......and there is no response from the company....no customer care number.....worst experience......the company atleast the company could send a message ....but no message also not sent....
