Bought my laptop on 29th December 2020 from Amazon. From the start, there has been a hardware issue with the laptop. After registering the complaint initially, it was resolved after 2 months.
Suddenly after this, the same issue recurred and it has been more than a month since a complaint has been registered but nothing has been done about the same. The customer care service from Avita does not have any answers and no reply tentative date for resolving the matter has been given.
The laptop comes with 2 years warranty, however, from the beginning, I have been unable to use the laptop due to hardware issues. I demand a refund for the total amount, with an apology for their lack of cooperation.
I have paid almost Rs. 6000 GST on this product, so I am expecting an intervention from the government authorities on this matter....
