I have bought a laptop in Flipkart on August 2021, but it was not working, warranty is 24 months, so I want to replacement...

Bought my laptop on 29th December 2020 from Amazon. From the start, there has been a hardware issue with the laptop. After registering the complaint initially, it was resolved after 2 months.

Suddenly after this, the same issue recurred and it has been more than a month since a complaint has been registered but nothing has been done about the same. The customer care service from Avita does not have any answers and no reply tentative date for resolving the matter has been given.

The laptop comes with 2 years warranty, however, from the beginning, I have been unable to use the laptop due to hardware issues. I demand a refund for the total amount, with an apology for their lack of cooperation.

I have paid almost Rs. 6000 GST on this product, so I am expecting an intervention from the government authorities on this matter....

They have sold weakly/loosely designed AVITA Laptop with 31000 Keypad buttons are started coming out after 4 months of purchase. I tried with gum to fix the one key button (mistake from me) but they are not accepting for other buttons and said, no warranty for the laptop. Now i paid 7000 for keypad change.

I can accept my mistake & forget about money but majority of the avita users are cheated by AVITA & Nexstgo companies. Please look after the companies, they are looting poor students money by large cheating. This company landed in india to cheat poor and middle class indian students.

They are providing the products with low price with defects and demanding high price for repair which is more than 5000 to 15000. Customer support is very bad and responding after 30 mins and unethical answers. Please conduct a survey about their defected products and company doing cheating to poor students like me.

I have a avita laptop which is within warranty. It has a battery which is not functioning. I am repeatedly contacting avita but nor are they answering mails or are they providing repair services.

I have tried contacting them repeatedly. They are saying battery will come from Hong Kong. No after sale services or product replacement is being provided. My laptop is only 1 yr old....
