They have sold weakly/loosely designed AVITA Laptop with 31000 Keypad buttons are started coming out after 4 months of purchase. I tried with gum to fix the one key button (mistake from me) but they are not accepting for other buttons and said, no warranty for the laptop. Now i paid 7000 for keypad change.

I can accept my mistake & forget about money but majority of the avita users are cheated by AVITA & Nexstgo companies. Please look after the companies, they are looting poor students money by large cheating. This company landed in india to cheat poor and middle class indian students.

They are providing the products with low price with defects and demanding high price for repair which is more than 5000 to 15000. Customer support is very bad and responding after 30 mins and unethical answers. Please conduct a survey about their defected products and company doing cheating to poor students like me.
