I have a avita laptop which is within warranty. It has a battery which is not functioning. I am repeatedly contacting avita but nor are they answering mails or are they providing repair services.
I have tried contacting them repeatedly. They are saying battery will come from Hong Kong. No after sale services or product replacement is being provided. My laptop is only 1 yr old.
