We took an RT-PCR test from Apollo 24/7 on Sunday, 12th March, 2023 at 3 PM. The reports were supposed to be generated by Monday, 13th March, 2023 at 3 PM. Despite multiple follow ups with the team, they haven't provided the RT-PCR reports. Writing this complaint on 14th March at 9.15 AM. This is a complete scam, their customer support does nothing, they have been taking me for a ride for the last 36 hours. They have zero concern for their customers' health.

I haven't started the right medication because of them and have been suffering for the last two days. Today morning they say that there is a form that needs to be filled which is a new govt. guideline without which the report cannot be generated. They haven't informed this for the last 36 hours, and as of this minute, they haven't sent me the form either. Their services need to be taken down for being inefficient, and duping customers....

Hi, I have ordered a medicine named *rejunex plus* on Apollo 24/7 pharmacy app. Instead of the medicine i ordered they gave me another medicine naned* rejunex plus NF* which has different composition and dosages.

I have complaint to them a lot but they are not responding. They don't even listen, just a whatsapp bot that too doesn't work for ages and when they respond they say they cant do anything.

I have seen plenty of customer complaints on google playstore having the same reviews that they do it always. delivering wrong medicine and doing fraud. The app doesn't even allow any calls.

Only complaint in its help section but they do never respond there. My order id was -[Protected]Its been a month now. No response from their side. please Help....

I had a consultation with Dr. Vijay Kishore Kondreddy on 25th May. It's more than 6 days now I have not been delivered with a correct prescription as per doctor's advice even after repeated follow ups with customer care and raising ticket.

I have paid Rs.1050 for this consultation and after making the payment I am running behind to get a correct prescription for more 6 day with no luck. Their your so called customer care atleast for 10 times and raising tickets, all gone in vain.

It's too frustrating to deal with a unprofessional team of doctors are handling online consultation accompanied by worst customer service department. Tried contacting the customer support and concerned doctor over phone, mails, messages and tickets for last 7 days. Nobody even cares to respond....

Order for Anamin-X, 2 boxes of 30 tablets each was placed on 23-Mar 2020 and was delivered on 26-Mar 2020. We still had a box which was in use and hence we opened the new box on 12-Apr. The product was found to be defective. There was discoloration of the tablets to how they should be and fungus like material on the tablets.

I contacted the customer care on 12-Apr via watsapp and email, further followup of 5 times till date with no resolution. I have received 2 calls from central team during this period saying the local team will sort out the issue. But, no one from the local team has contacted.

I have no other mode of escalation as the apollo 24/7 app provides only watsapp mode of communication. I cannot reach them directly via any other means. We have then purchased another box of tablet from a local pharmacy as we had no other option other than waiting for apollo team to respond and provide a resolution.
