I had a consultation with Dr. Vijay Kishore Kondreddy on 25th May. It's more than 6 days now I have not been delivered with a correct prescription as per doctor's advice even after repeated follow ups with customer care and raising ticket.
I have paid Rs.1050 for this consultation and after making the payment I am running behind to get a correct prescription for more 6 day with no luck. Their your so called customer care atleast for 10 times and raising tickets, all gone in vain.
It's too frustrating to deal with a unprofessional team of doctors are handling online consultation accompanied by worst customer service department. Tried contacting the customer support and concerned doctor over phone, mails, messages and tickets for last 7 days. Nobody even cares to respond.
