Order for Anamin-X, 2 boxes of 30 tablets each was placed on 23-Mar 2020 and was delivered on 26-Mar 2020. We still had a box which was in use and hence we opened the new box on 12-Apr. The product was found to be defective. There was discoloration of the tablets to how they should be and fungus like material on the tablets.
I contacted the customer care on 12-Apr via watsapp and email, further followup of 5 times till date with no resolution. I have received 2 calls from central team during this period saying the local team will sort out the issue. But, no one from the local team has contacted.
I have no other mode of escalation as the apollo 24/7 app provides only watsapp mode of communication. I cannot reach them directly via any other means. We have then purchased another box of tablet from a local pharmacy as we had no other option other than waiting for apollo team to respond and provide a resolution.
