I have placed an order to purchase sofa sets & center table from the Instagram handle. The company's employee told me that the product will be delivered in 20-25 business days. After failing to receive so, he kept telling me that the product will be delivered tomorrow or on a particular date or some other date. This continued for another few days and then I went ahead to cancel the product and initiate the refund. They told the refund would be processed in 10 working days.

Today is 32nd day and I have recieved close to 22% of the amount I have paid to the company. They keep saying that I will recieve the funds in tomorrow or on a particular day, but I don't recieve them and on top of that the manager started shouting at me that he has more work to do and I shouldn't call and ask him what he owes me. ...

Purchased a table from Amsi Atelier on 03/09/2023 for Rs. 19999/- (paid Rs. 20000/-) On demanding payment receipt/Proforma invoice/order confirmation repeatedly for 3-4 days. He sent a Proforma invoice. On checking his gst number online at gst portal, his gst number is suspended, effective date 08/08/2023. On confronting him for the same, he says gst portal has glitch specifically for his company. Then he starts shouting his lungs. He is one fraudster committing scams online posting furniture pictures and fooling people....

I ordered 2 tables (1 coffee table and 1 side table) on February 24 and paid a full amount of INR 36,000/-. I was told that the order will take 45 days. When I followed up with their Sales Head, Mr. Girish Solanki on the 45th day, he said that there are issues with the coffee table and it will be delivered in a week. This went on till quite a few weeks and every time he gave me weird excuses that the item is out for delivery or the item is stuck during delivery due to rain. Then he again lied that the item was never ready and instead is still having issues.

This went on for 2.5 months and upon further pressure from my end, he rudely and blatantly said if I can't wait, I should cancel the order (what a customer service!!!). Eventually I took the call of cancelling the item. Mr. Girish since he had already started becoming abusive. He shouted on calls and even used words like, "do whatever you want, I am cancelling the order from my end".

Eventually, I raised a cancellation request on May 11, 2023 (Can you believe they still couldn't deliver the product from Feb 24 - May 11 !!!). I received a confirmation from Girish, his Instagram Team and also Amsi Atelier official email address ([PROTECTED]@gmail.com), that the money will be refunded by May 27, 2023. I have been following up since then and every day their Instagram Team confirms that the money will be refunded today, but the 'today' never comes. I am yet to get my refund until today!!!By the kind of response I am getting, Amsi Atelier looks to be a fraud company....

I had ordered the product from them through Instagram after seeing their advt. And paid the entire amount including the courier charges of total ₹23000/- on 13th April the product was to be delivered by 30th April but it’s been 23rd May now and still the product is not been delivered they are not replying to calls nor msgs.

I have all the proof of msgs and chats and call logs wherein how many time I have tried to connect with them. Strict action should be taken against such vendors. It was my bad that I haven’t checked there online reviews before ordering the product. Now have seen many complaints against them online....

We paid full advance of Rs.25500 towards purchase of table from Amsi Atelier of Bangalore on 22nd Oct and table was supposed to be delivered by 15/11/22. Have made daily calls to Girish but he kept advancing timelines on daily basis. He lies literally from his teeth and doesn't listen to our complaints. He is very aggressive in his approach and keeps threatening that you do whatever you want. He has even sometimes said that product is out for delivery when it was actually not. This guy is very rough in approach and has no value for his words.

Finally, i cancelled my order on 3rd Dec and still chasing him for refund, he keeps fooling me every day that it will happen at 4 pm , then 8pm and finally stops taking my calls. It is almost 18 days and i haven't received my refund yet. He keeps showing me his policy of refund on his website which changes as per his convenience. Initially he said 10 working days , then 20 working days and so on. Ideally he should have refunded immediately as it was his fault that he could not deliver product on time.

I have gone through several reviews about this company and realized that he has cheated many and people have faced similar ordeal which i am narrating here. I think we should make a forum and take joint action against such fraud online sellers....

Biggest fraud company you will ever come across. I ordered a center table with them on 8th August, 2022 which they promised to deliver in 20 working days. They took 100% advance payment. Mr Girish, the face of the company and the sole point of contact is the biggest liar and fraud.

They didn't send me any order ID or order confirmation on mail. Whenever I called them or contacted them on whatsapp and instagram they just gave me false assurances that you will get your product on Tuesday, Friday and all baseless stuff. He never shared the tracking details with me inspite of repeated followups.

After waiting for 50 days, I asked for a refund to which he said he will process in 15 days. After that timeline whenever I call him, he says he will check and update. The moment you lose your patience, he will say don't call me, talk over email. Never ever purchase anything from this fraud company. I am surely going to take legal action against this fraud person and company....

I had placed order for 1 cofee table and 1 side table on the 15th July 2022. The company representative Mr Girish insisted and was absolutely rigid that 100% payment has to be paid in advance else they cannot accept the order. Made the payment through CC. Razorpay was the payemnt interface. Was promised delivery within 30 days, the same is also mentioned in their Proforma invoice. Had the most stressful time from the 15th August till the 22nd August where everyday i was told delivery wil happen today/ tomorrow, sometimes the truck has reached palghar, sometimes its reached dahisar etc etc. All lies and Mr Girish was extremely rude on calls saying "cancel the order if you cannot wait". So finally on 22nd August i deicided to cancel the order and applied for a refund to be processed not knowing this would be another level of a more stressful dealing with Girish. Received email confirmation that refund will be processed within 15 days, patiently waited, then after lot of follow ups got a definite date out for the refund i.e. 9th September. Again after following up several times on the 9th , i was told the refund will be processed by 11.30pm. Again i waited patiently till 11.30 but no refund and all phones switched off. I wonder how these people have no conscience at all? How can they afford to treat customers like this? Its our hard earned money and we are left to feel so helpless. ...

They kept giving excuses for delay in delivery.
But finally after three months when they couldn't deliver the product the agreed to refund and took my bank details. But till date(6/09/2022) they haven't refunded my money.. and they stopped responding to my messages too....

Had ordered some furniture over a year ago. Got a table with the marble top damaged which they said they will replace and have not done so. They did not deliver the remaining furniture and I cancelled the order. They have still not refunded the entire money due to me. Do not deal with this company. The salesman Girish keeps saying money is refunded and when you ask for a statement showing the refund amount they never revert back. Never experienced this kind of service before from a vendor....

Please avoid this company at all costs. I paid Rs 85998 in advance & they did not deliver the product for 67 days against the claim(as per their invoice which says 20 days). Then I canceled the order - to which Mr. Girish said the refund will be in the source account in 15 working days - Today is the 21st day & there is absolutely no communication from them nor the money is to be seen. I have raised a complaint at the NCH & tomorrow will visit nearest police station to lodge a fraud case. Absolutely unprofessional company.
