I have placed an order to purchase sofa sets & center table from the Instagram handle. The company's employee told me that the product will be delivered in 20-25 business days. After failing to receive so, he kept telling me that the product will be delivered tomorrow or on a particular date or some other date. This continued for another few days and then I went ahead to cancel the product and initiate the refund. They told the refund would be processed in 10 working days.

Today is 32nd day and I have recieved close to 22% of the amount I have paid to the company. They keep saying that I will recieve the funds in tomorrow or on a particular day, but I don't recieve them and on top of that the manager started shouting at me that he has more work to do and I shouldn't call and ask him what he owes me.
