I had placed order for 1 cofee table and 1 side table on the 15th July 2022. The company representative Mr Girish insisted and was absolutely rigid that 100% payment has to be paid in advance else they cannot accept the order. Made the payment through CC. Razorpay was the payemnt interface. Was promised delivery within 30 days, the same is also mentioned in their Proforma invoice. Had the most stressful time from the 15th August till the 22nd August where everyday i was told delivery wil happen today/ tomorrow, sometimes the truck has reached palghar, sometimes its reached dahisar etc etc. All lies and Mr Girish was extremely rude on calls saying "cancel the order if you cannot wait". So finally on 22nd August i deicided to cancel the order and applied for a refund to be processed not knowing this would be another level of a more stressful dealing with Girish. Received email confirmation that refund will be processed within 15 days, patiently waited, then after lot of follow ups got a definite date out for the refund i.e. 9th September. Again after following up several times on the 9th , i was told the refund will be processed by 11.30pm. Again i waited patiently till 11.30 but no refund and all phones switched off. I wonder how these people have no conscience at all? How can they afford to treat customers like this? Its our hard earned money and we are left to feel so helpless.
