ActSoftware got me to pay full amount for Office Proplus2021 Retail and have not sent the License key despite multiple reminders. The number listed in their website ( +[Protected]) says it has not facility to receive calls and their calls are barred due to non-payment in TELUGU. This definitely looks to be a fraud company and i need my refund....

I had on 1st oct 2023 purchased product key for Microsoft office 2016 Professional Plus product key from Act software.net for ₹. 549. I received the product key by mail but the same is not working as it appears that Actsoftware has not given me a genuine product key.
In this regard, I immediately raised complaint to them thru their website with the screenshots of the error messages received but didn't receive any reply. So, wrote again by email on 3rd Oct 2023 but I haven't any reply till now. I feel they have cheated me. Pl help in getting it resolved. Thanks....

I didnt get confirmation id and mailed them but no response from team for confirmation id. It is still pending.

They sold office to me but the key doesn’t work and they don’t provide any resolution despite multiple followups. Don’t fall for the trap...

Order #85171 was placed on March 27, 2023 for Windows10 home but activation key not received to my mail. They told that activation key will be received soon after payment done, but not received....

Purchased a product on 9th Feb 2023 , Payment was successful with PayU being the payment channel. But they cancelled the order stating they didn't receive the money , no reply to my mail , number provided on website is unreachable. I have lodged official grievance complaint against them. Do Not buy anything from ACTSOFTWARE.NET . They're fraudsters....

I have got a invalid product key for windows 11 pro after paying 599. I have tried calling them and it says number has to recharge for incoming calls. Either give me a valid key or refund the full amount....

I purchased a MS office professional Plus activation key from the actsoftware.net
They changed me 700/- but there is no any activation key on their email. There is no any working customer care numbers provide by them. All the numbers of their is not in service....

I have not received key. I have made payment. I sent multiple emails raising the issue, no response. I have also tried to call, but the number given doesn't work. I have also enclosed payments of proof. But no response....
