Purchased a product on 9th Feb 2023 , Payment was successful with PayU being the payment channel. But they cancelled the order stating they didn't receive the money , no reply to my mail , number provided on website is unreachable. I have lodged official grievance complaint against them. Do Not buy anything from ACTSOFTWARE.NET . They're fraudsters.

Eventually they responded back after so many days and few mails. They provided the promised product. All good now.
