ActSoftware got me to pay full amount for Office Proplus2021 Retail and have not sent the License key despite multiple reminders. The number listed in their website ( +[Protected]) says it has not facility to receive calls and their calls are barred due to non-payment in TELUGU. This definitely looks to be a fraud company and i need my refund.
