I had on 1st oct 2023 purchased product key for Microsoft office 2016 Professional Plus product key from Act software.net for ₹. 549. I received the product key by mail but the same is not working as it appears that Actsoftware has not given me a genuine product key.
In this regard, I immediately raised complaint to them thru their website with the screenshots of the error messages received but didn't receive any reply. So, wrote again by email on 3rd Oct 2023 but I haven't any reply till now. I feel they have cheated me. Pl help in getting it resolved. Thanks.

Based on my email complaints to the company Actsoftware.net, I received the replacement key yesterday (5th oct 2023). This replacement key was the right product key and it got Activated immediately. Thanks.
