[Resolved] 24th Spoke: Order not dispatched after payment done

I have ordered a dress to 24SPOKE ON 28th april and paid the amount 1500/-...they didn't dispatch our order..and demanded for 200 rs. More. I did the payment of 200 more to the seller. I paid total 1700 rs for that dress through paytm..

But after waiting for this long time..after 2 months i have still not received the order. I asked the seller to refund the amount if he is unable to fulfill the order..but he is denying to refund also not dispatching our order. Please look into the matter..and do the needful against this fraud seller.

Customer have to wait for 1.5 month to receive an item. Then received the wrong item.. finally when we speak with they will ask us to be polite.. the contact number is not reachable, customer support will not respond to any messages and also they won't admit their mistakes.... Please don't purchase from here... They are really abusive when customer ask about wrong product

Hello Maam , U must Have the conversation right, that we abused u and we didnt accept the mistake and we didnt exchange the product? bdw if someone abused to some other person they can go to the police or court so why u didnt went there maam. atleast donot say lie , we all seller are doing hard work , if we get customer like u, how we can earn n succed in our life .. please dnt play someones life n work

I order a dress on 24 spoke .... He is the man Name shashank sharma & His behaviour to talk too rudely & He Abuse me Also he not pay my cash back return & Also not delivered my order

I made an of 24 the spoke and paid 1600. Despite of giving proper size of fitting..I got shirt XL size and pant Xs..how can I wear this ..i msg him so many times but he didn't reply..this is very unprofessional and arrogant behaviour.

I have ordered from them although I received it so late plus the one piece was not fitting my size moreover the vendor is not replying .A formal reply is requested.I wnt order from them again.Highly unprofessional....24th spoke this is not the way u deal with.customers

Respected Sir/Madam, Thanks For This Complaint. We Informed All Customers Apart from you the same reason of delay as all importer those product are coming from cargo by AIR facing issue. Many understood and waiting patiently .few like you and your over smart husband doing this cheap things But Many things i think you forgot to wrote mam, while talking with your husband on phone and informing u the same he was so abusive.if u want i will send u voice recording. I think abuse is normal in your family. he may be abuse you, his mother n sister like the way he doing to us. and cut the phone call like a coward. Anyways this is part of business. Maam Your Good will ship soon and Have a great life with your abusive husband. God May Help You
