I ordered coord sets for near about 7000 thousand Indian rupees on the 10th of November 2023 from canada .i asked for the delivery period of order they said we are selling original products so it will take time and order will be shipped on 2 January 2024.but later i didn't get any tracking id .i asked again they said it will be update in two to three days .later they provide me tracking number which were numerical numbers of seven digits and told me to check on the canada post tracking account . my account shown it is invalid tracking number . i asked for the valid tracking number but they are not responding.please take action against this company as they are making people fool and taking their money....

I had ordered purse worth 699 from 24th spoke i haven't received any emails regarding it and now the website is gone pls check. I had ordered it 1 month back i got no response not even whether they have sent the order its for my friend i had ordered please check it .The website is also not there so i am not sure where to check about my order i have no number from where i can check about my order no contact details also so really i need help as this is my friends order i have to get back to her....

I have placed the order on 4th November, paid money and they mentioned that order will be dispatched within 18 days of placing order. On 14th November i received mail saying the order is dispatched. Until now the order status is not changed in the DTDC tracker. Order is still mentioned as pick up since nov14th and there is no response from the support team of the 24th spoke team....

I have ordered a dress from this site but still didn’t get it it’s been a month now. Also there is no shipment tracking id to track our order details. It is just my request to the store to kindly deliver my dress I really need that because I have to wear that in a party. That would be great dil if my complaint gets resolved....

I have ordered two dress on 9th july and its been not delivered till now 3rd September,2023.Tried calling and messaging them but they are not responding...

I have ordered a dress for 2500/- on My 24th 2023 still didn’t receive the order. Also they didnt send any tracking details. I messaged 24th Spoke in instagram on 2nd june they said it takes time as they are selling original products. Not sure if this is a fake website.

Definitely not gonna anything from this site. Even i wont refer to anyone. Very frustrating. We all are earning so hard and is this the way to steal money and not delivering the dress?...

I ordered one product on 27th march made payment through online gateway , but after payment still didn't receive order number , I confronted to them regarding this on their website chat box , they assured me my product will be delivered to be . Then again I asked them on 26th april on watsapp , then they again said no order number so I explained the same situation to them then they told me write query on website chatbox , then they assured they will ship my product.

I even said to refund my money , but they refused , now at 19th may I asked again about my order on watsapp , they again asked about order number , which I didn't receive , my order is worth Rs 1500 , but these guys are now being abusive and very arrogant about the order.

literally threatening to block me on watsapp and solving the issue . I am so fed up with this fraud idiotic instagram store . Please take strict actions against them....

I have ordered a dress to 24SPOKE ON 28th april and paid the amount 1500/-...they didn't dispatch our order..and demanded for 200 rs. More. I did the payment of 200 more to the seller. I paid total 1700 rs for that dress through paytm..

But after waiting for this long time..after 2 months i have still not received the order. I asked the seller to refund the amount if he is unable to fulfill the order..but he is denying to refund also not dispatching our order. Please look into the matter..and do the needful against this fraud seller.
