I have placed the order on 4th November, paid money and they mentioned that order will be dispatched within 18 days of placing order. On 14th November i received mail saying the order is dispatched. Until now the order status is not changed in the DTDC tracker. Order is still mentioned as pick up since nov14th and there is no response from the support team of the 24th spoke team.
