It’s my personal experience with ACTE institute that these guys are complete Fraud, they cheat their professors by not paying their fee and cheat their students as well. I have been calling them since last one month n emailing them but these cheat people are not answering the calls. This institute is made for doing Fraud with students and teachers both. Kindly boycott this institution if you want to save your money and time.

ACTE Chennai has recruited me as a trainer to teach Tableau Server course(Online) to 5 members and agreed to pay 25000rs as a payment after the completion of course. couple of follow ups thus mails and calls they paid only 15000 and remaining 10000 not paying. ACTE team collected 1 Lac rupees from 5 members before completion of course but ACTE finance team not paying 10k to me its already 2 month completed. they are Fraud.take an action....

I have provided tableau training to one of their students in the US, however post completion of the training they have not paid me, please help me to get this issue resolved, they are running a scam....

This is to bring to attention a grave matter involving ACTE ,which requires immediate investigation and intervention. The purpose of this communication is to formally lodge a complaint against ACTE for what appears to be a fraudulent activity.

Course Details:
- Course Name: ITMLP (Information Technology Management and Leadership Program)
- Amount Paid: 24,000 INR

Background:
I enrolled in the ITMLP course with ACTE with the expectation of receiving quality training and guidance in the field of information technology. Regrettably, my experience thus far has been far from satisfactory.

Issue Description:
I have diligently followed the prescribed procedures for communication, seeking assistance and support from ACTE due to the unavailability of the assigned trainer, Monimala Bhattacharya. Despite my repeated attempts through emails, there has been no response from their end, leading to a prolonged halt in my course progress.

I have taken the necessary steps to address this issue, including contacting ACTE's support team, all of which have resulted in no resolution of the matter. This lack of accountability and responsiveness is deeply concerning and has led me to question the legitimacy of the services provided by ACTE.

Expected Resolution:
Given the circumstances, I am left with no choice but to seek a refund for the entire amount paid, which was 24,000 INR. It is evident that ACTE has failed to provide the promised training, support, and communication necessary for a productive learning experience. I believe that this situation warrants a full refund, as only one module has been completed, and I have not received any certificate.

I want to emphasize that I am not taking this step lightly. The decision to file a formal complaint against ACTE has been reached after weeks of frustration, ignored communication, and a lack of accountability from their end.

Conclusion:
I am registering this complaint to ensure transparency and to highlight my concerns to the appropriate authorities. The disregard for student concerns and the apparent failure to deliver on promises made have led me to believe that my experience with ACTE is nothing short of a fraudulent transaction.

I kindly urge the relevant authorities to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate actions to address this grievous situation. I anticipate a prompt and just resolution that not only reflects the financial investment I made but also the emotional distress and academic setback I have endured due to ACTE's actions....

Its been more than 2 months as on 24th june2023 that i paid for dell bhoomi online training 2 trainers were arranged and no classes were conducted. They are not refunding my 23000. No ethics....

A Fee of Rs 38, 000 was paid on the 3rd of April and they did not provide the service even after a month as promised. Vikram is the name of the Co coordinator and he was the one who was cheating on behalf of the Institute. Planning to lodge a complaint with Velachery Police station....

ACTE HR approached me for online training to few of the students, i have given that training but ACTE HR and institute stop taking my phone calls and not paying my fee, it 's been over 2 months now. i think they are fraud people and taking advantage of people sitting outside Chennai....

Acte Technologies not paying my trainer fees of 25000 and they are keep on cheating students and trainers by not paying them. i have not paid for my service its been more than a month. Branch is located at Velachery chennai.

ACTE Chennai has recruited me as a trainer to teach SAP S4HANA FICO course (online) to 4 students and agreed to pay 60000rs as a payment after the completion of the course. I have successfully completed the course on 04th of JUNE 2021, and submitted all the necessary proofs over email to ACTE. They agreed to make payment is 7 business days but till now no payment is done to me. They stopped responding to emails and calls....

Subject: I did not get my payment for my training given in ACTE Training Institute Anna Nagar, Chennai for which i have been asked by the institute to take up the training and duly signed an agreement for getting 8000/- rupees per head for completing Tally & GST Training. 

I took up a freelance training job in this ACTE Training institute on Feb 8th 2021 and completed my training by 16th March 2021 as per agreement to be paid with 8000/- but its march more that 20 days that i didn't get my payment. during this current situation where we are jobless since march 2020 due to current Covid situations and dependent on each and every single penny we work for diligently, but I have sent multiple emails to this ACTE Training institute , called multiple times and went in person to ask for my payment of 8000/- which was duly agreed with a signed agreement by the ACTE Training Institute post completion of the course to the student with Tally Account software.

But post completion of the course for the candidate as on 16/03/2021 till date I have not received my payment. and none of them is calling or replying to any of my mails so far. Each time I visit in person to check the status a new date is given to me since 19th , 21st , 21nd, 30th , 31st 5th ,7th , 9th and now at last they said they will give on 12th but there is no confirmation of anything written in mail for which i have sent a mail yesterday. 

When checked in reviews it seems this particular institute has this as a practice for not giving the payment for a long time which i came to know now only. the persons managing the branch and staff they speak so rudely and even threaten us if we go and ask them for the payment.

I have been out of work since march 2020 and utilized all my savings so far and even sold all my jewels to survive with my family in Chennai. There is a pending amount for my house rent for two months. Which i thought i'll pay with the payment i receive by teaching in this institute. but i didn't get paid so far and next i am waiting for the date of 12th and i am not sure whether they give or again postpone the date for next 3 to 4 days.

This is the problem not of mine but many Trainers and Students are facing. This institute has everything fake. Even the number displayed in their website and reviews they put all are fake reviews given by their own people. Their technique is first they call trainers and ask them to take training as they have the requirements. They act like all things are genuine but one the trainer is completed the class and asks for payment they won't respond and block the numbers . and if they pick the call also they say it will be done in 2 or 3 days but never give them payment and when you go and ask them at ACTE they say in charge is not available and speak very rudely.

And they ignore my call they won't pay the amount and they black mail like anything I want the team to look at this matter as this is a scam happening in Chennai with these institutes. Need to be closed by this kind of ACTE training institute immediately. Please do needful full as student training and trainers are suffering from the current situation but these kind of people are making trainer and student life a hell. Please put this in your social media so that the student and teachers can be aware of.   I am not sure whom to complain about as there is not government authority on this kind of mal practice Hence I need a proper response from the concerned team to get this issue solved from the ACTE training institute. 

I am keeping you in loop so that you can understand what is happening in Chennai training institute both trainers and students are suffering by not getting paid for the work they have done and fees the student paing to learn the course. 

Kindly take stringent action against this kind of scam or let me know what is the best way to stop this kind of malpractice in this kind of training institutes.  Kindly assign the concerned team who can take action for this.
