ACTE Training Institute: Did not get payment for my training given in ACTE,

ACTE Chennai has recruited me as a trainer to teach SAP S4HANA FICO course (online) to 4 students and agreed to pay 60000rs as a payment after the completion of the course. I have successfully completed the course on 04th of JUNE 2021, and submitted all the necessary proofs over email to ACTE. They agreed to make payment is 7 business days but till now no payment is done to me. They stopped responding to emails and calls.
