ACTE Training Institute: Fees was taken and service was not provided

A Fee of Rs 38, 000 was paid on the 3rd of April and they did not provide the service even after a month as promised. Vikram is the name of the Co coordinator and he was the one who was cheating on behalf of the Institute. Planning to lodge a complaint with Velachery Police station.
