Despite my repeated attempts through emails, there has been no response from their end, leading to a prolonged halt in my course progress.

I have taken the necessary steps to address this issue, including contacting ACTE's support team, all of which have resulted in no resolution of the matter. This lack of accountability and responsiveness is deeply concerning and has led me to question the legitimacy of the services provided by ACTE.

Given the circumstances, I am left with no choice but to seek a refund for the entire amount paid, which was 24,000 INR.
