I bought an item from Myntra worth 289 rs. And i placed a return request and their agent came and picked it up. Later after picking that up , they have marked it as failed return and my product they never returned back to me, and i got no refund.

I contacted myntra customer service multiple times and they were of no use. So now I neither have the product no the money. This is a clear case of stealing my money with their delivery scam.

I want compensation from myntra. They have cheated me by picking up my product back and not giving my money back. The delivery executive was himself a fraud and Myntra did not even care to investigate that matter since they have everything they need to track down that delivery executive who picked up the order.

Instead they are trying to cover up their incompetence and asking me for letting it go.
