Incident place - Online. I booked a flight from Go first website. The booking wasn't successful but the payment got deducted from my credit card. I contacted customer service for the refund issue. They told me it will be refunded soon. Then I contacted them again but they asked me to mail it.
I have mailed the airline, but have not received any reply from them except the auto-generated emails. I want to receive my amount of Rs. 4329 from the airline as soon as possible. Please look into the matter and initiate a refund for my deducted amount. Let me know in case of any further document or information required.
