I have my flight from Pune to Delhi on 2nd may 2023 at 7:35pm. Airline informed me on 2nd may at 2am . I called customer care so many times because their site is also not working. Finally after continuous calling of 4hrs they picked up my call and I told the customer care person to book my flight as early as possible. He gave me options of 5th may. I told him to book early morning flight he book my flight in afternoon. Which is wrong.
