Go First Airline: Refund not received from the last two months

I have already submit my claim in Ease my claim portal, but didnt receive any status update and not even receive my refund amount yet.
Its been 2 months since I have been waiting for my refund. No updates and not even received any refund yet. I have submitted all my details in the portal and drop the mail multiple times and chasing them from last 2 months but Everytime they guys are dropping generic mail. Its not good and professional at all. Everytime they drop this mail as mentioned below:

Dear Go First patron,
We acknowledge your email seeking status of your claims against Go Airlines (India) Limited (Company or Go First).
Please note that the Company is undergoing the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) in accordance with the terms of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code) pursuant to National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi’s (NCLT) order dated 10 May 2023 (Insolvency Commencement Date). You are requested to file your proof of claim in the prescribed form for any dues prior to and as on the Insolvency Commencement Date. Please refer to the attached public announcement (dated 12 May 2023) made by the undersigned in the Company’s CIRP. You may also refer to the claimant portal set up specifically for the purpose of filing claims in the Company’s CIRP, accessible through the following link - https://www.gofirstclaims.in/claims/index.php

Please note that settlement of dues arising prior to and as on the Insolvency Commencement Date will be in accordance with the provisions of the Code after the culmination of the Company’s CIRP. As far as your dues for the period after the Insolvency Commencement Date is concerned, our endeavor remains to clear the pending CIRP period dues at the earliest subject to availability of sufficient cash flows. In any case, according to the provisions of Code, all such dues during CIRP are fully secured given they shall form part of ‘Insolvency Resolution Process Costs’ which are required to be paid in full and on priority over any other debts of the Company.
