I have booked a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Kochi on 24th November 2021 at 19.30 PNR LDQE4H, by G8 First G8-506. On 18th 10.16. They have sent a message to my mobile stating that the flight was cancelled.

No other provisions for rebooking on the same day, day before or after were provided. Moreover, they have notified me to contact the booking agency for any change.

This ticket booking I have made with insurance (See attached Document) I observe manipulative and unethical behavior from the part of the airline management and harassment of the simple customers.

I have complained to the booking agent Easymytrip by Email, and to the Customer care unit of the Airline through phone. To my surprise I saw that they have processed a refund of Rs. 181 instead of refunding the whole amount.

The airline has not only canceled the flight they did not provide me with any chance of rebooking up to the afternoon of the previous day. From my experience I see that hundreds of customers are thus being exploited day by day by airlines and through the silent complicity of the Booking Agents.

In my direct phone conversation with the airline customer care I was assured that restitution would be done through the booking agent. However, up to now no response has reached me.

Should I go to the court to get my indemnification? The ticket I had booked long ago to attend my schedules in Kerala. As there was no other rebooking option I had to cancel it the day before, and incur huge expenses to reach the destination.

I wonder if confirmed tickets that were booked with special fares in advance are canceled to accommodate higher rate tickets to amass profit, exploiting the bona fide faith of the simple customers.

I have booked on and have provided no possibility of alternate flights. However, I have also insured the trip against any cancellation together with the trip booking. Since due to the cancellation of the confirmed trip from the part of the airlines and as they are not proposing any alternatives I have my claim as per the insurance scheme.

I request you to pay attention to the rights of the large number of customers being harassed and exploited through the abrupt actions of the Airlines....

WORST FLYING EXPERIENCE IN FLIGHT GO FIRST. Today morning i had my flight from Jaipur to Mumbai G8-389 at 8.45am with my 11 month Daughter. I reached boarding counter at last as i was alone with baby i had lot of things to do for baby so reached late the authority and ground staff were so rude,

I don't know how to express being a single lady with Daughter in hand, bags in hand i managed to reach asap at counter. OMG i was shocked to see the behaviour literally the anger the rudeness.

I took boarding pass and paid Rs. 200, ground staff took me to Security check, really very disappointing Go First staff threw my Babys essential bag and pram at security check and he was like “chalo chalo jaldi jaldi” Baby in 1 hand

And this behaviour by Go First staff was visible by lady officer at Security check then she shouted on him “Dikhta nahi hai kya bachi hai hath mai” people around me could see his behaviour but thay Guy Mr. Omprakash really i was shocked as we left from security check towards Aeroplane to Board i told staff that i need my Babys Essential bag and Pram they told me we will deliver you in Mumbai don't worry,

I said them i need my babys Essential bag in plane requested them a lot but they assured me to give to me in Mumbai, now i knew this will be really difficult for me to handle baby without Milk, Diapers etc,

What i thought that happened and baby started crying for milk i asked Crew members for milk they arranged milk i fed baby without bottle sip sip with spoon gave her biscuit Mr. Imran staff on crew helped me a-lot gave me biscuits too for baby without money as money as my wallet was in baby bag.

Thanks to that Gentleman. Now we landed in Mumbai and i got My Pram and when i asked my baby essential bag they said its Left in Jaipur and i was like really OMG i had my wallet in that bag and as baby is just 11M old she wants milk every 2 hrs

And now i am at Airport with no money with me i am crying felling Helpless requested Go first staff to arrange my baby bag or arrange some cash my baby pram received broken Mumbai staff saying Jaipur staff didn't send bag.

Now i managed to call my husband and said him all story as my sister in Law has came to receive we managed to buy Milk bottle and milk. I wanted to Complaint Airports Authority of India and Go first senior authority about this and harassment what i suffered due to Mr. OmPrakash staff from Jaipur.

Please take serious action against him this should not be happened to any single lady who is traveling alone with their baby. I want my essential bag to delivered at my Mumbai Address and compensate for the damage....

I have booked my flight ticket online from Bangalore yo Kolkata, flight got delayed so ,i canceled that on immediately, because according to this Go First ticket i have booked next next tickets and just because GO First flight got rescheduled that's why?

I have initiated that to canceled this,but after 15 days ,not receive any refund. In airport staffs confirmed me that I will receive my money within week. Service is very bad....

Incident place - Online. I booked a flight from Go first website. The booking wasn't successful but the payment got deducted from my credit card. I contacted customer service for the refund issue. They told me it will be refunded soon. Then I contacted them again but they asked me to mail it.

I have mailed the airline, but have not received any reply from them except the auto-generated emails. I want to receive my amount of Rs. 4329 from the airline as soon as possible. Please look into the matter and initiate a refund for my deducted amount. Let me know in case of any further document or information required....
