One metireal was booked by Krishan Ghar new delhi to Krishan agri enterprises Agarpara Kolkata vide LR number [Protected]on 16th November 2023.When I enquire about the same metireal on 21st November at Agarpara Kolkata VRL logistics they can't confirm me about my metireal. I got a number from them and make a call to that number to enquire about my metireal i got an information from them that the metireal was laying on New Delhi godown till that day and they can't known about it's.

If I can't enquire about my metireal then it might be laying over there for prolonged days. So.i need to know that costomer of this company are getting survice free of cost? Then why they can't pay loss to their customers by their own mistakes and negligencey? Due to this negligence I lost INR 102400 as because my clients order are cancelled and I am unable to surve them in time....

On 27.1.2022, I went to vrl logistics Madurai branch RPV complex arapalayam 625018 for booking via Auto. But in that branch they are not booked & asked me GST number. I told him i am a normal customer.

I had no company & no GST , but he told me you go to other parcel services. I got wasted of Rs. 600 auto charges up & down. Take action against him, & give me that Rs. 600 to me as compensation....

We are using VRL Logistics services for the transport of Our Organic Products, which are mainly food grains.

Recently a parcel was sent to Mathura organic
C/O Advance surface technology.

Which reached Mathura on 16th March 2021, Our client was informed that the material is damaged , Green Oil Paint had spill over the sacks.

Our client denied to pick up the material, same issue was told to mathura and bhopal office, but either its SOP/Or system failure they are not supportive at all.

Material worth of 40000/- is kept in a damaged condition and not worth consuming, all this has spoilt my image as a startup and the client denied continuing the business.

The customer service support of VRL logistics has be of no use as the phone is never connected and mails are never acknowledged. Bhopal office doesn't respond nor acknowledge the letters. The material is dumped and we have incurred losses and now no updates from VRL logistics is making things worst.

We have paid a premium amount for transportation and trusted VRL logistics with our products. As earlier also we have used the services. How such a company is functioning without proper redressal cell. Pls advise what is the best action which is to be taken....
