On 27.1.2022, I went to vrl logistics Madurai branch RPV complex arapalayam 625018 for booking via Auto. But in that branch they are not booked & asked me GST number. I told him i am a normal customer.
I had no company & no GST , but he told me you go to other parcel services. I got wasted of Rs. 600 auto charges up & down. Take action against him, & give me that Rs. 600 to me as compensation.
