We are using VRL Logistics services for the transport of Our Organic Products, which are mainly food grains.

Recently a parcel was sent to Mathura organic
C/O Advance surface technology.
Which reached Mathura on 16th March 2021, Our client was informed that the material is damaged , Green Oil Paint had spill over the sacks.
Our client denied to pick up the material, same issue was told to mathura and bhopal office, but either its SOP/Or system failure they are not supportive at all.
Material worth of 40000/- is kept in a damaged condition and not worth consuming, all this has spoilt my image as a startup and the client denied continuing the business.
The customer service support of VRL logistics has be of no use as the phone is never connected and mails are never acknowledged. Bhopal office doesn't respond nor acknowledge the letters. The material is dumped and we have incurred losses and now no updates from VRL logistics is making things worst.
We have paid a premium amount for transportation and trusted VRL logistics with our products. As earlier also we have used the services. How such a company is functioning without proper redressal cell. Pls advise what is the best action which is to be taken.
