I am an active user of voot, i have a valid subscription. In the terms and conditions it is clearly mentioned ads free experience, apart from that no other details are mentioned.

Even so, i will be getting ads on application start and while watching live matches. They are changing their terms according to themselves, and scamming customers. Other platforms will be also encouraged if no severe action is taken against them.

If i was ok with ads, i would have streamed it online for free, why did i bother paying them? They are taking customer money and money for advertising also, this is illegitimate.

Upon contacting customer care to give me more info on their terms and conditions, they wanted to 1st verify whether i am registered customer or not, which is useless, after i provided the proof, they replied "you are active member" And discontinued the conversation.

No attempt to know or resolve my problem. These are scammers and action needs to be taken against them. They are making joke out of us. Charging us when we agree their terms and then changing their terms.

Making illogical excuse and customer care changing topic of discussion. These ads also keep on changing, phone ad or upcoming serial ads. I am attaching proof. Please take immediate action....

I want watch khatron ke Khiladi, udaariyan before tv but they were not there . Even there is no time that which time they update their new episodes. I checked continuously and feel so so disappointed by this.

Please refund my subscription amount and amount for my mental disappointment by your promises of facilities....

I purchased VOOT premium subscription via AppleStore. They deducted the app but now are not letting me login to my account. Every time I open the app its asking to to repurchase again and again. My apple ID shows VOOT as a subscription but I can not login or anything. I really don't believe it is a problem in the app. Companies like these enjoy cheating customers.

It is not just me. This has been happening with a lot of people too. We cant ket big corporations steal money from consumers.

The VOOT needs to return the money or provide me services for it. I am not even sure if this complaint will reach anyone of solve anyone. But I am expecting to get some closure on this....
