I purchased VOOT premium subscription via AppleStore. They deducted the app but now are not letting me login to my account. Every time I open the app its asking to to repurchase again and again. My apple ID shows VOOT as a subscription but I can not login or anything. I really don't believe it is a problem in the app. Companies like these enjoy cheating customers.
It is not just me. This has been happening with a lot of people too. We cant ket big corporations steal money from consumers.
The VOOT needs to return the money or provide me services for it. I am not even sure if this complaint will reach anyone of solve anyone. But I am expecting to get some closure on this.
