Ordered but product not received. No calls being picked up by the customer service. Simranjot Singh is probably the owner but no accessibility to him. I tried reaching them out like almost 15 days and all I received was Hi by them. They' just loot the people, and don't reply, don't give the service. Creating business or maybe fraud business. It should be banned.

I placed an order 20 days ago on the website https://truroots.in/ for custom neon lights with Order ID #5110. Despite making a payment of Rs 2141/- through my credit card, I have not yet received the product. Despite my attempts to inquire about the status, my messages and calls are being deliberately ignored. Interestingly, when I contacted them through a different WhatsApp number as a new customer, they responded.

However, they ignored my messages once they realized I am an existing customer. This situation is concerning as my money has been debited and it appears to be an online fraudulent activity targeting customers. I have repeatedly tried calling customer care, but there has been no response. The website also lacks any updates about my order. This issue needs to be addressed as it seems like a deliberate attempt to scam customers of their hard-earned money. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter.

They charges me for my order and just told me that my order will be deliver in 8-9 days it been now 17days i dont have any update on my order and even i dont have any order number order details with me, why they allowing them to put them on websites , they are completely fraud....

I has placed an order for customized Moon Lamp on TruRoots. I have already paid Rs. 800 for this order but not received neither order not refund. I tried to contact the customer care but they too did not respond. I want either the order or the refund at the earliest....

They are online but still no reply see how many calls I have made still no reply. Only mail I received was money has been deducted and received to truroots. That's all pleaee help 1500 is a big amount pleaee help.

And make sure this truroots get punished as this website is fraud and I guess more than 10 people he already done the fraud. Under IPC section 420 it is cheating with customer. Please help. I want my money back no matter what they are fraud they deceive the customer and when money is deducted they don't even respond. They didn't even share the ID.

I have ordered two neon lights for my new studio setup . One item cost 950 and another cost 2800. On initial stages I have waited 15days but they were saying it will reach within 2,3 days .

Another week passed so I just made lots of mails and WhatsApp messages calls to the company . 1mnths passed and rather than shouting for their service I didn't have any options . One of the truroot employee started scolding at me , warning that note me , you won't get your product even after 1year for sure and he blocked my phone number.

I got 950rs order after 2month and got a mail like order has been delivered , but I didn't get another 1 item . Still they are not taking calls or replying to any emails . It's been 5mnths ,still haven't received 2800 worth order.

But still they are posting in online and social media network like on orders it will get fast delivery and just spaming every people . This needs to be stopped . I have even tried to warn like I will give complaint to police , but they casually said "do whatever you want" . This kind of websites need to be ceased and fraudulent people should be put behind bars. Please help me in sorting out this issues....

I have placed an order 15days back in this site which promised me to give the customised neon lights. Even after paying money of 1589₹, they have not sent the product. I kept asking the status but no one replies.

Please help as my money is debited and its a online theft they are doing with customers. I have continuously calling the customer care but they don’t reply. There is no update on their website regarding my order.

They are purposely looting the customer and it should be stopped as people are losing their hard earned money. Please help me.
