I placed an order 20 days ago on the website https://truroots.in/ for custom neon lights with Order ID #5110. Despite making a payment of Rs 2141/- through my credit card, I have not yet received the product. Despite my attempts to inquire about the status, my messages and calls are being deliberately ignored. Interestingly, when I contacted them through a different WhatsApp number as a new customer, they responded.

However, they ignored my messages once they realized I am an existing customer. This situation is concerning as my money has been debited and it appears to be an online fraudulent activity targeting customers. I have repeatedly tried calling customer care, but there has been no response. The website also lacks any updates about my order. This issue needs to be addressed as it seems like a deliberate attempt to scam customers of their hard-earned money. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter.
