lane of picking up the passenger
for picking up my father me and my family was coming to the airport and while going through the way some parking staff was instructing us to go the way by showing them after taking the car to the lane in which we can take our father one of the staff came and asked for 20 rupees parking fee.

We rejected to pay as we have not parked the car , then he locked our car with some kind of wheel lock , we asked him to remove it he refused and we asked any one of there knows to speak Malayalam or English ,there was none.

We asked to call the police and they told us to pay 500 penalty if police want to come i don't know what the heck is happening there . we gave them 20 rupees as our family was in the car without any receipt in return and asked to remove the lock and we rushed from there . I could see people was arguing with this useless staffs while returning . and i did face the same situation while returning my father after some days .

I request the authorities to take legal action against the issue. And I am highly disappointed after this issue even today i remember it, i will never visit this airport in future if this is the condition and will also forward my experience to all my friends....

Incident Date:- 31st July 2021 Incident Place:- Chennai i have booked Consignment (Ref No:- 7191301) with Mettur Parcel Services on Saturday (31st Jul 21) from Chennai to Alangulam (Tenkasi District, Tamil Nadu) with paid 1800/- and during booking they confirmed that it will reach next day (it means 1st Aug 21) to destination.

But still i did not receive my consignment from parcel services after 4 days gone. It impacted me lot as have commuted and planned many things based on consignment. i have lost almost 45000/- Rs. I just want them to provide this amount as Penalty....

I book a transport for vehicle shifting I'll give advance and next day he said we didn't do shifting so i said refund my money then he reply i don't...

From airport to Sinthir more, they have charged me 520/-.It is very high. I want the extra money back.Its hardly 9/10 kms distance.How they can charge 520/- rupees for this short distance!??How a Govt registered car rental agency can do such a illegal billing?...
