I placed a order of rs.598 /- .. on 10th april 2023. Till now my order not delivered . Please send the order as soon as possible or send my money back. My order number is 124218. Please do necessary action. Please send my order or my money back i am attaching my order details and screen shots.

Please do the needful or my money return back to me the people is not responding i didn't get any confirmation email .. i have screen shots of order booking....

I booked kids speed cycle and amount Rs.299/- and amount paid to credit card - but acknowledgement not received in my mobile number and mail Id - They provide mobile number in his official websire - but it is not working -now my account not opening - how to get my money refund....

It is a fake website I ordered and paid online and not received any confirmation on email or SMS there after I tried to call them but the number is not in existence and even the email is bounced beware of this website....

I ordered a cloth from this website and paid for it right away. I have not received any item or confirmation till date. This is a fake website, Please stay away from this website and Please report....

I placed the order on 16/8/2022, Received no invoice and payment receipt over the order of 2272. Payment done online through debit card...

I have ordered a weighing machine worth rs 299 with order I'd 71426 on June 10 2022 and it showed it will be delivered by 3 to 7 working days. I haven't received any order till today i.e. [Protected].

How should I get refund of my amount and cancel the order? I also haven't found any tracking of the order or any messages regarding the order delivery or dispatch. They haven't given any update of my order till now after the deduction of amount.

Please help me how to get back my amount or to receive my product....

I purchased two products none was delivered. They took my money and no means to get in touch to them no contact number nothing...

I don’t know that The clothesbox website is one of the fake website. That’s why I ordered mini cooler form that website on 4th may 2021. After payment I didn’t get any conformation mail and they provided fake mobile number and fake email I’d.

After seeing this I saw some YouTube videos. They are all told that it was one of the fake website. Then I called them and I send a lot of emails but I didn’t get at least one reply from them.

I spent my pocket money for this order. How can I get my money back? Please find my attachments which are the details of that fraud website. I don’t know how many members are trapped by this fraud website.

I purchased online green colour frock (pic attached with files) of rs 265 via Paytm from theclothesbox.com with address is krishna complex Japan market Begum pura Surat Gujarat 395003 n contact no is [Protected].

Whose pic i m attaching with this complaint n my money got debited from my a/c whose copy i annexing with this complaint on 1st of April 2022 but neither i got any confirmation mail nor any product delivery upon the corresponding address which is 5B kakuli apartment 7/6 jessore road Kolkata 700028.

This address is my wife natal home. I tried to approach them upon the contact no upon their website which is not in use. I mailed them to enquire regarding my product delivery or refund but dint receive any response.

I want strict action against this company n why Google n Paytm is supporting this fraud company whose info is present upon google. I want either my delivery or my money back in my a/c. Please help me regarding this issue.

I want to raise my voice against these online fraudulent companies who be fool innocent customers by grabbing money from their accounts which itself is a breach of trust under Indian contract act, fraud under sec 420ipc n hindering privacy by taking personal n bank details of customers.

And not providing product delivery n services for which we visit their sites. please block their site n charge them with criminal liability for doing these frauds online also under cyber crime.

I want my refund or my product delivery upon the corresponding address for which they charged me. please take Stern action against the company n also issue directions to Google n Paytm not to get linked up with these fraudulent company.

Because knowing ly or in ignorance Google is promoting this company through their search engine n Paytm is providing the gateway of payment. Due to Goodwill of these brands we trusted upon these fraud n got cheated. please help me regarding the same....
