I purchased online green colour frock (pic attached with files) of rs 265 via Paytm from theclothesbox.com with address is krishna complex Japan market Begum pura Surat Gujarat 395003 n contact no is [Protected].
Whose pic i m attaching with this complaint n my money got debited from my a/c whose copy i annexing with this complaint on 1st of April 2022 but neither i got any confirmation mail nor any product delivery upon the corresponding address which is 5B kakuli apartment 7/6 jessore road Kolkata 700028.
This address is my wife natal home. I tried to approach them upon the contact no upon their website which is not in use. I mailed them to enquire regarding my product delivery or refund but dint receive any response.
I want strict action against this company n why Google n Paytm is supporting this fraud company whose info is present upon google. I want either my delivery or my money back in my a/c. Please help me regarding this issue.
I want to raise my voice against these online fraudulent companies who be fool innocent customers by grabbing money from their accounts which itself is a breach of trust under Indian contract act, fraud under sec 420ipc n hindering privacy by taking personal n bank details of customers.
And not providing product delivery n services for which we visit their sites. please block their site n charge them with criminal liability for doing these frauds online also under cyber crime.
I want my refund or my product delivery upon the corresponding address for which they charged me. please take Stern action against the company n also issue directions to Google n Paytm not to get linked up with these fraudulent company.
Because knowing ly or in ignorance Google is promoting this company through their search engine n Paytm is providing the gateway of payment. Due to Goodwill of these brands we trusted upon these fraud n got cheated. please help me regarding the same.

Reply theclothesbox.com website is really fraud got to learn after I shelled out 2272 over the orders I placed after which got no invoice details on my mail. It is a costly lesson learnt. Such websites must be banned.
I also got trapped by the website spent 2200 rs and I am sure theclothesbox.com as they are not responding my honestly earned money is gone waste as I would not receive the orders not the money refund as well. It was a costly lesson learnt.......
theclothesbox.com is a fradulent company. They do not sell any actual product. They just get the money and then no response from their end. Such people should be behind bars.
