I have ordered a weighing machine worth rs 299 with order I'd 71426 on June [Protected]and it showed it will be delivered by 3 to 7 working days. I haven't received any order till today i.e. [Protected].

How should I get refund of my amount and cancel the order? I also haven't found any tracking of the order or any messages regarding the order delivery or dispatch. They haven't given any update of my order till now after the deduction of amount.

Please help me how to get back my amount or to receive my product.
