I have ordered from this site i got confirmation mail that i have successfully paid the money and they will send the confirmation mail for shipment and delivery message by mail but i have not got any and i have complained many times in that site but no reply is from there side and when i checked the status of my order it shows no order has been placed Please help me out i need my money back....

I have paid money for order remote control aircraft 2 nos at Rs. 398.00 i was paid from my phone pay. The amounts is debit from my account. 18 April 2022. But we have not received my parcel.
Please send me my order or refund the amount. This is may be a fraud which is advertised and take the money from Paytm or phone pay. Transaction No. [Protected]for Rs 398.00 done for SWANKY SHOP has succeeded from payu team....

I paid money for order REMOTE CONTROLLED AIRCRAFT at Rs.199 and i was paid from phone pay. payment debit from my account but i am not receiving any update from swanky store also not received any message or order detail from swanky store.
I thing it is fraud. please do need full for this matter....

This is fully fraudulent process to customers with advertise cheap price toys on Facebook like social channels with interesting clips.
When customer interested on their product and try to payment on online system using different banking gateways. There is no order Id and confirmation sent to customer.
This is my privilege to highlights public to beware like this fraudulent advertisements and online shopping sites....
