This is fully fraudulent process to customers with advertise cheap price toys on Facebook like social channels with interesting clips.
When customer interested on their product and try to payment on online system using different banking gateways. There is no order Id and confirmation sent to customer.
This is my privilege to highlights public to beware like this fraudulent advertisements and online shopping sites.

I ordered a gift items and got message from payment gateway but not from swanky. "Transaction No. [Protected]for Rs 199.00 done for SWANKY SHOP has succeeded from payu team" But this order ID is not found as per swanky.

I'm also cheated by this ... They don't send any confirmation after getting payment... We need to complain a fir and consumer forum.
I 100% agree of this comments , I also purchase o 27.03.2022 but till today no confirmation is there and I think this is fraud.plese take immediate action. Regards Dear up Modal [Protected]
