Dear Sir,
I want to tell you that I had taken Star Health policy for My father Mr. Rampal from Yogesh Kapoor, policy no- P/161140/01/2022/003430. I was given this policy saying that every line is fully refundable.

My father had an operation From RG Stone kailash nagar on 21st of Jan, Some tests held before and after the operation by the hospital and later on I couriered those bills to Janakpuri branch I kept calling Yogesh Kapoor for a month and whenever I called customer care, every time they said that he didn't get the bills.

I called Star Health Jankpuri branch from there Mr. Ritesh Whoever is the branch Manager, told me that the bills I had couriered have been lost from the branch, which have been received only today and we are couriering them to the Main branch.

I had to bear mental harassment for 1 month and the bills I had paid for reimbursement. amount was Rs. - 20404.00 while I just got 3370 rs. have met. They deduct the amount with no valid reason and have been making me fool from last 3 months .

I also want to tell you one more thing. I also had the same operation last Year and I am having a policy with ICICI Lombard they have given me full bills reimbursement. So, Kindly do the needful.

Hi, I have submitted hospital claim document to Global Insurance (which is POC for insurer - third party) and Global insurance is tied up with Star health insurance (An actual Insurance Company) by which the claim is being rejected even after providing all the required documents.

Initially they found some queries in documents and I get it rectified from the hospital management and re-submitted the corrected document but still even though they are not accepting and rejecting the claim.

Claim is being processed from August 2021, & I have provided all the necessity documents which is asked by the insurance company. I can provide the soft copy of documents once again if required.

I am keep on doing follow-up on the update of claim, the response I get on several reminder stating one or the other reason but Not on the actual issue. Insurance company website I have entered in below box.

I am requesting team here to help me out. Please let me know if any more details or documents required from my end to proceed further on this claim.

I taken a policy in star health premium 20000, 3 years completed total 60000 paid. Recently i have spine operation they told me to come on claim but i submitted correct document they rejected and even without checking paper that i submitted....

Claim rejection by star company despite of issuing insurance. Sangram Nagulpilley is covered under insurance [Protected]under his father. Company issued insurance, and now at the time of claim, rejecting the claim describing Sangram as non dependent.

If this would have been confirmed and clarified before issuing insurance policy, Sangram would have availed for his own policy. Today his knee surgery for ligament is on hold due to no money.

Star has made a fraud by collecting premium and now rejecting insurance. Initially the company issued 14000/- claim amount of first aid. The moment a request of 1.2 lakhs was intimated from hospital, Star scrutinized profile and rejected claim.

This is a fraud by Star. Today Sangram is lying on bed due to financial issue and the only support was his insurance.

Star must support the cashless claim as they have issued insurance. My brother is helpless and he is 26years of old and lying on bed waiting for financial help.

Insurance was registered on Sangram's father Devidas's name. And Sangram is added as dependent. By looking at the amount Star is now not providing any support.

While the insurance generation, Sangram was 26years old and now while claim is still 26years old. So Star should have guided or not provided Sangram the health card of he was not fitting as dependent as per policy.

But the card is issued. Sangram was feeling safe as he had insurance. And today is in shock and helpless....

Myself Siddharth Sharma, a valuable client Of Star Health Insurance Feels so inconvenience today regarding cashless treatment of my wife Preeti Sharma at C K Birla Hospital, Jaipur(Raj) It’s so embarrassing moment when TPA Department says that company unapproved my file for cashless treatment and not satisfying me about the point of issue.

TPA simply said “please ask to your agent “.At this last movement it is really heartbreaking when we pay lots of money against the cashless facility....

I have submit a medical claim worth 1,86,000,and submitted all reports and hospital bills. but company given only 48,000.I have 5,00,000 policy till 3 years no claim history in my policy. I suffered covid -19virus and admitted to hospital in very serious condition. So Fair claim....

My father Prabir Kumar Basu, is a holder of Insurance Policy of Star Health of coverage amount of 3,00,000. Now he has to go under Pacemaker surgery and applied for cash less treatment from Apollo Hospital, Greams Road, Chennai on 6th of April but after submitting all the valid documents and almost after 4 days they are denying to pay the amount. Kindly help me out and look into this matter so that I can do my father's surgery without any hesitation....
