I ordered an iphone for rupees 15500 but I received a blaupunkt name phone so i asked them for refund and replacement they said that our executive will go to your location and give you right product
And bring back the wrong product after 7 days they told me executive can not reach to your location our company is refunding your amount but till now no money they gave me i gave that money from my family fund.
And they easily just eaten it now if i will tell to my family that i got this waste fon on 15500 my father will not leave me the fraud was done on 3rd march after delivery boy gone.
They said that sir you need to unbox in front of us on video call so you can claim refund and replacement if something would be wrong and also if i unboxed the product my self they threatened me that they will not send bill and original invoice of my iphone.
But they on 10 march they told executive cant reach from 10 march till today that is June 20 no money refunded also blocked me on whatsapp and abused me that i can't do anything complaints wherever you want none can do anything.
I also requested them they give me any 10000 rupees fone like realmee, mi show i can show anything to my family but now what a dead blaupunkt a phone which is of no use the employees.
Who were serving me there names are naira khan and preeti i got the number from Instagram but they scammed me and that money is very important for me other my whole family will be in depression please help me....

PLEASE HELP ME AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND SAYING THAT THEY WILL GIVE REFUND BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING IT HER NAME IS NAIRA KHAN SHE IS A FRAUD KEEP ON TELLS THAT SHE WILL GIVE THE MONEY.

And when i called on Instagram someone male lifted the call and says she is not available they said it was a custom product that their company buys from customs Department which they seized in ports she said after getting the product.
She will mail the invoice and GST bill to my mail and then she will do a video call its seems for product verification and she also told that we have to open the product in the video calls only infront of her if we open it early.
They will not send bill she told that after i opened the parcel in the video call their was a small micro max phone but i ordered a Samsung phone she also seemed shocked she told she will a lot a employee will give the mobile i requested.
And take this one but i didn't get anyone call so i asked for a refund she told that her company is performing a en-query to find the product. I Got the product on 28/04/2022 till now i didn't get any refund amount from their side Please HELP ME....

She said give 500 advance rest cod you can check your product during delivery but then you can't claim refund or replacement then if you want to claim you need to unbox in front of our company video call.
So i agreed and i opened box in front of them i have all the proof and recorder video and every single message by her she was also shocked when there was a only back panel of a blaupnkt a chaina phone in 16000.
She said that in 2 days we will replace it but it is one month gone now they are blocking my number and giving threat that we are not returning any amount i can't do any single damage to them.
I don't want anything i want my money from 16000 they give me my 10000 I'll be happy i am a student from middle class family its hard to collect money from my family fund and Scammer like SPL ONLINE SHOPPERS.
Don't think for a while before doing these fraud i gave 500 advance to banking name Ray Sahab the paytm no is +[Protected]. I am in problem these days this is my 4th complaints on them please take any action i request you i will sacrifice my self 16000 is very big amount for me....

I got a number from instagram a girl employee from @shode_mobiles her name is naira khan they said me 500 advance rest on cod but after delivery they said unbox your product in front of us on video call to claim refund or replacement i followed their instruction there was an empty box she also shocked on video call said that our company is arranging executive he will reach in 2 days after that he will replace the product i ordered from them on 2 march 6 march i got delivery till now no executive came and they continueously saying that sir wait our manager will refund you and today is 27 till now i haven't got anything they taken my 15500 + 500 advance online sir i am a student please help me sir her phone number is - [Protected]
