I placed order on 28 NOV 2023 of Realme 11pro phone of Rs 24999 which order no. 13203029 and i denied to received the order atleast 1 month has been passed still my issue not resolved i contact too many times to customers care but they still are not solving my issue . Since i don't received my down-payment and emi cancellation.

When I bought an item worth 1812 rupees from Polago Clothing website, I choose to make the payment through Snapmint.com. I selected an EMI option of 3 months and I have made a down payment of Rs.604. But after 5 minutes of processing time, 604 rupees got deducted from my bank account, but my order was not placed.
My money has not been refunded to me yet after 7 business days, and I am being asked to pay EMIs for the remaining two months of November and December for 604/- rupees each month.

I ordered a product, which I have not received till date. When I wanted to know why the delivery is getting delayed so much. I called in your company but no response or no one pickup the call automatically get disconnected.Which courier company did you send by? I need that courier company name and phone number.

Your customer care number is total fraud. I called customer care number [protected] for 25-30 times but no one responds. You do not have an e-mail address on your site.

I want to know who has received my order. If I don't get my product then I will not pay any EMI. I want my payment back too. I want to tell one thing in the end, I will take legal action against you guys....

I have purchase a Bluetooth headphones from snapmint app on zero down payment three emi. I get my product but the product is already used by someone and not working. Then same day I have applied for return the faulty and used product.

After some days on the dated 18th April the employee of snapmint is come and get that product back from me. But till now I don't get any exchange product and they don't stop EMI.

My cibil score is affecting without my any fault. I have make 100 of calls to the customer care of snapmint but I didn't get any solution. I want to file mental harassment case against this cheap fraud snapmint company....

I got the message saying that my order has been delivered, but i didn't receive anything yet. And there is no way for me to track my order in the app, they don't return the calls they keep on the hold for 20 mins.

And also i got a faulty product and i have trying to get the invoice and replace it but they have not been answering to that too, now I'm left with a faulty product and no way to reply it and i also want to pay the EMI for a product that don't work. These people should atleast respond and resolve this.
