When I bought an item worth 1812 rupees from Polago Clothing website, I choose to make the payment through Snapmint.com. I selected an EMI option of 3 months and I have made a down payment of Rs.604. But after 5 minutes of processing time, 604 rupees got deducted from my bank account, but my order was not placed.
My money has not been refunded to me yet after 7 business days, and I am being asked to pay EMIs for the remaining two months of November and December for 604/- rupees each month.
The Complaint/ Review has been submitted by the user Sayani against the company i.e. SnapMint.com (snapmint.com) from West Bengal, India regarding a Fraud/ Scam.
