I am Manav Sekhri( contact number [Protected]). I have purchased a service online from Skinnsi for Laser hair removal 3 sessions and paid rs. 22,500. After payment the executive- Kishore Nadar is not picking my calls and not responding to my messages.
No appointment is scheduled for the service. When I called customer care of Skinnsi, they are claiming that no payment records can be found for my profile. Kishore Nadar took the money on behalf of Skinnsi and now no service is being provided.
A special link was created by Kishore Nadar for payment and was sent through text message. After the payment, i did not receive any message of confirmation from Skinnsi nor any appointment was scheduled.
Contact details of Kishore Nadar +[Protected]. I have attached the screenshot of payment made. I did read some negative reviews about Skinnsi that once the payment is made, the executives stop answering the calls and do not make any appointment for the service.
When I tried Kishore Nadar's number from my friend's mobile, he picked up the call in one go. And after realizing that it is me, he stopped picking calls from that number also.
Please help me to get this issue resolved and Skinnsi should be answerable for such weird behaviour from the employees....
