I have purchased skinnsi unlimited laser hair removal package at clinic , its been 2 months m struggling for appointment whenever i try to book it always show no slots available , i also tried calling customer service support number but then also there is no help , i also asked for refund but they denied , neither they giving service nor refunding my money , daily m taking follow up but this fraud skinnsi has no reply....

I had opted for at home facial hair treatment for which they charged 20000/-. The company assured me for getting rid of the unwanted hair on face. Actually I didn't had much hair on my face but they told that it will be 80-90% clear and the hair will be all removed .

But everything at the time of treatment t I kept asking that hair growth is normal but they said it's effective after 6 sessions . I took all the sessions still the hair is growing at the normal pace and even more.On raising the complaint they called up in Thane office for A redo session after calling they refused that it's not a redo session you have to purchase the package again .

Even when I am not having any health issue they kept pushing me that you may be having hormonal issues and PCOD challenges that's why your growth has increased but I don't have any challenges even I am living a healthy lifestyle.Niw the company said the sessions will be taken under Dermatologists supervision when they know their therapist are not capable enough then why they wasted my money and time by sending only therapist at my home they would had sent dermatologist along with the therapist.The company had cheated me I want my money back or need the proper treatment ....

I have taken 4 session from skinnsi but i haven't recieved any result on hair reduction. After 2-3, months hair are growing again. At the time of counseling they told me that 90% hair will be reduced but after 4 session I haven't seen atleast 10% of the result. It's fraud. Apart from that I got acne on face after first session on the face it's ruined my face on my wedding they did not tell me about that or any other side effects....

Hi, i have been asked to take EMI for laser hair removal package but after I get registered no services has been provided so I have requested to cancel my EMI, no response has been given by consent person who have promised to provide the service in time,

It's a really pathetic company i have ever seen so it a kind request to take action against this company they can't cheat the customer like this I'm really sorry so this but this company seems to be fraud....

My name is Deepti. I was trying to get a Diwali deal from your team at Skinnsi and in talks with them since a couple of days. I did have a very unpleasant experience with one of the consultant Ashita who has mishandled the situation with immorality. There were defaming words that she was slandering while I was over the call. Your second employee Som shekhar is a witness to this slander. She further apologized claiming that her bad behaviour was due to the year ending and work pressure. Her conduct was very disheartening and did reflect I'll on Skinnsi....

This was my third laser session with skinnsi in Bangalore. Therapist Sindhu Yadav did the sessions. In 2nd session she flicked my ear phones which was kept near the bed and third session she asked me to remove my gold bangle and keep it aside to do the laser on hand. After the session i couldn't find my gold bangle at all. I have been trying to register a complaint with skinnsi but no use.

These people are not even responding.. Beware of such fraudster company called Skinnsi...in the name of service they flick valuable things from your home without your knowledge...Even after 3rd session i don't see any reduction in hair...They provide absolutely crap service....

The therapist didn’t do the laser properly. They clinic has glass doors and glass walls which was complete invasion of privacy. I was getting my full body laser done with a risk of anyone entering the room or even a passer by seeing me in compromising clothes. Plus the therapist completed the session only within an hour which is not possible. When complained, it’s been 2 months no one has responded yet....

I have just booked for full body laser treatment without knowing it consequences on my body as I have some medical condition but I didn't take any session. I wanted to cancel the treatment but skinnsi is refusing to do so.

I had raised multiple cases and calls to cancel but Skinnsi are just refusing it even after knowing medical condition of a client. Kindly help me to get refund....

I am Manav Sekhri( contact number [Protected]). I have purchased a service online from Skinnsi for Laser hair removal 3 sessions and paid rs. 22,500. After payment the executive- Kishore Nadar is not picking my calls and not responding to my messages.

No appointment is scheduled for the service. When I called customer care of Skinnsi, they are claiming that no payment records can be found for my profile. Kishore Nadar took the money on behalf of Skinnsi and now no service is being provided.

A special link was created by Kishore Nadar for payment and was sent through text message. After the payment, i did not receive any message of confirmation from Skinnsi nor any appointment was scheduled.

Contact details of Kishore Nadar +[Protected]. I have attached the screenshot of payment made. I did read some negative reviews about Skinnsi that once the payment is made, the executives stop answering the calls and do not make any appointment for the service.

When I tried Kishore Nadar's number from my friend's mobile, he picked up the call in one go. And after realizing that it is me, he stopped picking calls from that number also.

Please help me to get this issue resolved and Skinnsi should be answerable for such weird behaviour from the employees....

My wife paid for hair laser services. The company didn't provide any receipt of payment, didn't follow-up after 1st session, and wasted a lot of time. After trying a few times, they are talking to us now but still avoiding us.

We now don't need any services from them because they avoided in the first place and we don't have any extra time to waste. They are saying they can't provide a refund and asking us to find customers for them.

After talking few times to their manager, which were not helpful at all, we are finally raising this matter here to get some help....
