My wife paid for hair laser services. The company didn't provide any receipt of payment, didn't follow-up after 1st session, and wasted a lot of time. After trying a few times, they are talking to us now but still avoiding us.
We now don't need any services from them because they avoided in the first place and we don't have any extra time to waste. They are saying they can't provide a refund and asking us to find customers for them.
After talking few times to their manager, which were not helpful at all, we are finally raising this matter here to get some help.
