I am Manav Sekhri( contact number [Protected]). I have purchased a service online from Skinnsi for Laser hair removal 3 sessions and paid rs. 22,500. After payment the executive- Kishore Nadar is not picking my calls and not responding to my messages.
No appointment is scheduled for the service. When I called customer care of Skinnsi, they are claiming that no payment records can be found for my profile. Kishore Nadar took the money on behalf of Skinnsi and now no service is being provided.
A special link was created by Kishore Nadar for payment and was sent through text message. After the payment, i did not receive any message of confirmation from Skinnsi nor any appointment was scheduled.
Contact details of Kishore Nadar +[Protected]. I have attached the screenshot of payment made. I did read some negative reviews about Skinnsi that once the payment is made, the executives stop answering the calls and do not make any appointment for the service.
When I tried Kishore Nadar's number from my friend's mobile, he picked up the call in one go. And after realizing that it is me, he stopped picking calls from that number also.
Please help me to get this issue resolved and Skinnsi should be answerable for such weird behaviour from the employees.

Not happy with the service on trial session they have promise a lots but after the payment has been done they are not giving the service. They told me to give good cash back after pay premium i do that and book the service but they didn't give
Reply The counselor told me that laser done in baby hair's on call being an doctor I know that it's not possible but he convinced me that shiksi have new technology that works on baby hair, he doesn't tell me anything about treatment, trail sessions or anything about sessions and now I am suffering, this is very unprofessional behaviour... therapist come two times and share my pictures with doctor they also said..laser could not be done on that hairs ..I just want my all money refunded from skinsi immediately...I am really disappointed and mentaly distrub to call customer call and massage that counselor.. now I just want my whole money back..if my money is not refunded, I will complaint against skinsi legally
Therapists are always late and booking unlimited sessions. Yet we don't have slots available for months. With difficulty after rescheduling our other work they send a sad therapist who always makes me wait for more than an hour. Currently I'm giving review waiting for therapist. And i don't see any hair growth reduction. Nor they are repay my money. They should ideally ban skinnsi for false promises and looting money from customers. Everytime new therapist visits and 3 therapists have damaged my tattoo. Have suffered from skin burns during my wedding.
