Hi,

This is in regards to my return request placed on 7th august 2022.

I had received a pair of heels which i had two issues with

1.Size issue(size was too big for me)
2.the heels were dirty(black part was dirty and the transparent part has scratches on it)

So i raised a return request with just the size issue as anyways i was not going to keep it and forgot to highlight the dirty product issue also i had no option to choose two issues at the same time.

After waiting for a few days for the refund amount i did not receive any money neither did i receive any update from the customer care regarding the quality check failure.

Since then i have been calling the customer care non stop to please provide me an update but of no use.

Every time i get the same answer we have escalated it at our end please give us two days to provide you an update.
The same circle has been going on since the past two months.
I have never had such bad experience returning a product.

I request you to please provide me the refund amount ASAP since its already been 2 months.

Never shopping from shoppers stop again neither offline nor online.

Highly dissatisfied with the kind of experience....

I have ordered 2 items from shoppers stop app on 6th Feb. A smart watch for rs. 6519 and pants. But The watch wasn't working properly so had to return the item. The item was picked up immediately but The refund of smart watch is still pending since then.

It's been 2 months now, I have called customer care multiple times but no solution till now. After multiple complaints now they are blaming us that we returned a faulty product instead of giving refund.

Firstly they provided faulty product to customer and now when I returned because of poor functioning, they are blaming the customer of returning faulty product. I have posted on Facebook website as well but no solution yet. Order ID : 263400925....

I found the Instagram page called @fashion__pointtttt. I contacted them and order a jeans of Rs.460+ 80/-( delivery charge) though her Whatsapp number provided on the Insta page.

I ordered it on 12/3/2022. Later she never send me any proof or tracking id..Many times i did ask the tracking id which she would always respond with a link to track your shipment through her official website shoppersspot.com.

Where the website never responded ( i used my pincode to track. She never even give me a tracking id or shipping code or anything). Then i visited through delhivery.com where I could never find her package on my number..

I contacted her many times. She ignored my calls telling she's busy. I really need my jeans. The woman's name is Ashna Jain and number [Protected]. Her insta profile goes with good customer reviews but she's always busy not responding to my calls....

I had placed an order for a dress from Zink London -L size under the mentioned order id. The same was received on 13 Jan 2022.since the size was little bigger than I expected, I Checked the app and placed an exchange order with size M which was reflecting in the app as available..

The product was picked up by the delivery agent on 14 Jan 2022. I also got an intimation that the exchange product will be received in 7-10 days. I got below message on my mailbox On 25 Jan 2022.

Your exchange request against Order Number #[Protected]is being converted in to refund, as per your request. Your RMA Number 31344037. I did not place any request for cancellation of the order infact I was waiting for my exchange product.

I called the customer service on the same day N upon enquiring I was given a rude answer saying the product was out of stock hence it was cancelled. I wanted an explanation as why it was cancelled without my consent, which nobody answered.

I have been calling the customer service since last three days and every time I was promised to get a call from the senior explaining the reason for cancellation of my exchange request without my consent.

I DID NOT GET ANY Call FROM ANYBODY FROM YOUR END. I want an explanation why I was allowed to place an exchange order through your app if product was not available. I would have kept the larger size m altered it.

Now I don't have the product..unlike other online apps like Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, Flikpart exchanged product will be delivered upon the pickup But with shoppers Stop app exchange product will be delivered 10days after the pickup is done. It is really unacceptable.

NEED A PROPER EXPLANATION ON MY QUERY N REASON FOR CUSTOMER BEING PENALIZED FOR YOUR INABILITIES WITH PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND WANT AN EXPLANATION ON ATTITUDE OF YOUR PEOPLE IN CONTACT SERVICE.

IF A CUSTOMER IS CALLING N ASKING FOR A CALLBACK WHY IT WAS PROMISED EVERY TIME CALL WAS NOT MADE....

Almost to months I had returned a dress I purchased from shoppers top app from last 2 month they are giving dates and excuse not even refund my money of 950...

I am regular costumer for shopper stop, I ordered one dress worth rs 3999, I received defected piece same day I raised returned request. Its about to complete 3 months ..I did not received any refund.
