I have ordered 2 items from shoppers stop app on 6th Feb. A smart watch for rs. 6519 and pants. But The watch wasn't working properly so had to return the item. The item was picked up immediately but The refund of smart watch is still pending since then.
It's been 2 months now, I have called customer care multiple times but no solution till now. After multiple complaints now they are blaming us that we returned a faulty product instead of giving refund.
Firstly they provided faulty product to customer and now when I returned because of poor functioning, they are blaming the customer of returning faulty product. I have posted on Facebook website as well but no solution yet. Order ID : [Protected].
