I had orderd a set of bra panties and paid 689 for this and as I opened it......it was not the item I had ordered....want my money back. The web site seemed genuine and thought that it's very good company but got deceived. There are many people who get deceived easily. it also offers cash on delivery so any one can get deceived easily.pls resolve my problem...it's my humble request....

Maine 6 bra and panty ka set 600 me mangaya tha. Lekin muze 3 local bra ka parcel mila he aur return ka kie option bhi nahi he. Please muze mere paise wapas de do air aapka third class product vapas le jao....

I ordered for 8 panties and bra set for rupees 599. But they delivered me a set of 3 bras only and the quality of bras is very cheap. I want to return this order please refund my money and take the order back. Delivery date 19 June 2022....

I had ordered lace 6 lingerie set worth 599 and received local product only 3 bra which is waste of my money I want to return the product as well need refund and there is no option of return policy....

Today i received a package from shinesapparel website. My ordered product cost is 599/- (with 6 quality bra) but i received 3 local products. There is no return option too...

I ordered lace bra's. Today morning I received of 2 single cotton bra's I complained to there customer service they asked for my bank details & UPI details everything also ensure me within 1 hour I will get the refund.
After 3 hours Still I didn't receive yet my money. Now they didn't even pickup my call....
