I have made a payment from credit card to risix before 50 days but still it is in pending please help me i am getting fear day by day how can I get it to my bank account please anyone help me. Please solve my problem.

I have contacted their customer support more than 100 times but no response from their side how can I get support from them i have mailed them no reply and contact through customer number.

But no response and contact directly from website but no response very very poor customer service please help me with this problem. Transaction ID: S3931578VSNA. PLEASE help me with this problem....

Sir, I had done a transaction of 5000ruppes on risix.in through my credit card on 24th December 2021. Money added instantly to their wallet. But when a place withdrawal request, it's pending since 3 month.

I'm trying to contact them through email and phone call, but they are not replying. Main thing is they claim that money transfer from wallet to account happens in 2 working days, but they are doing scam to users.

Please take strict action and help me to get my money back....

I made 3 transaction through my credit card in different- different date on www.risix.in for withdrawal my credit card money. The amount is been detected from my credit card and also reflected into risix.in wallet but when I withdrawal my money from www.risix.in wallet. The withdrawal money is showing pending till now.

The main reason to complaint against www.risix.in is that because they promise to credit your money in your bank account within 2 working days and now is more than 1 month. transaction still showing pending.

I trying to call on www.risix.in but they aren't answering, i am mailing to them they are not giving any response on mail.thats why I want to raise complaint now...
